The newly-opened Crooks Corner Lodge lies at the heart of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park, just a few kilometers from the South African border in Pafuri, Mozambique. The area is a world-renowned destination for birding, so get those binoculars out!
Apart from the feathered kind making this location a hotspot, the famed fever tree forest in the Kruger National Park and the riverine forest of Limpopo are literally just around the corner. The extensive 4×4 road network of the Limpopo National Park also provides access to local culture and villages.
The establishment offers spacious double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a camp site area. Self-catering facilities are provided including braai and equipped kitchens. The lodge can also be used for functions and events.
Crooks Corner Lodge is a community/private partnership supported by the Limpopo National Park. This enables local communities to expand their income by introducing tourism as an alternative option to the more traditional activities of farming and grazing.
